Extra credit for Classwork: If any student finishes early, they may draw illustration of classroom objects to indicate position . Each illustration and correct sentence using estar and a prepositional phrase will receive 2 additional points up to 50 points for today’s classwork.

For example: Draw a clock above the chalkboard.
In Spanish say the clock is above the board. El reloj está encima del pizarrón.

Extra credit is available below. This is due on or before the day of the test. If it is not to me at the TIME of the test, there will be no exceptions for extra credit. Avoid issues with technology by getting it done early. If you are unsure how to submit it or have a question about something, see me before it is due. Avoid misunderstanding of instructions by seeing me in advance. These are extra points for extra effort - late won't cut it. You will only receive the points if you meet the requirements explained below. Pay attention to detail.



  • Create a 25 item self-made assessement with an answer key focused on the verbs Tener, Ser vs. Estar, and Ir. (5 points)
  • The test must incorporate items on verb meanings, contextual uses, conjugations, and Spanish examples of the verbs in correct context. Answers must be accurate.(5)
